The Team Leader, B2B Sales is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. This position manages day-to-day operations by providing expertise, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive team environment. Additionally, the Team Leader oversees service delivery and ensures adherence to organizational standards and expectations.
Key responsabilities
- Lead team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goals
- Monitor team performance and analyze sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Coach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to stay updated on offerings and to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Develop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for team members to provide constructive feedback and set development goals
- Maintain accurate records of team activities and report on progress to upper management regularly to ensure transparency and accountability
Candidate's profile
- Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 - 4 Years of Experience preferred.
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- French or Italian language proficiency
