🎯 Your Role

As a Service Delivery Senior Manager, you'll design, execute, and optimize sales strategies to drive revenue, expand market coverage, and meet key targets. You'll work closely with clients, global teams, and product leaders to deliver transformational sales performance.

📌 What We’re Looking For

✅ 8+ years of experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) & service delivery

✅ Expertise in Six Sigma, ISO, and Quality Management tools 🎯

✅ Strong experience in SMB sales & data-driven decision-making

✅ Proven stakeholder management & communication skills 🏆

✅ Experience across multiple sales channels (advertising experience is a plus!)

✅ Fluency in English (other languages are a bonus!) 🌍

✅ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
