Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the daily maintenance of forex.com website (with various subdomains and regional variations)

• Implement web pages, landing pages, content, and multimedia in CMS.
• Serve as CMS subject matter expert advising on digital best practices.
• Keep financial data on websites up to date (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Ensure SEO best practices and technical requirements are implemented on all pages.
• Conduct quality assurance to test and review website content for errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on website content updates.
• Update web analytics code and integrate Google Analytics into databases.
• Work with regional managers to maintain website content using CMS templates.
• Assist project leaders with quality assurance testing and issue resolution.
• Maintain records of marketing tasks, providing daily/weekly status reports.
• Focus on tasks that enhance the customer experience.
• Keep websites updated, adding and maintaining content for optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with Digital & Creative Marketing Team on website planning, design, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in web management for consumer-facing websites.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with corporate-level web CMS (EPiServer, Sitecore, Adobe).
• Strong ownership and ability to engage in constructive discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on understanding customer needs and enhancing their experiences.
