In this role, you will collaborate with a portfolio of existing and new clients to help them create impactful online advertising campaigns. Operating in a KPI-driven environment, you will work towards individual goals while contributing to the collective objectives of your marketing team.

• Partner with clients as a trusted advisor to launch and develop PPC campaigns.
• Identify and understand clients’ needs and objectives.
• Manage existing campaigns and drive the expansion of clients' marketing budgets through upselling.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (a Master’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong drive to achieve or exceed defined KPIs in productivity, client satisfaction, compliance, and sustainability.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills to craft persuasive offers and arguments over the phone.
• Excellent time and task management skills.
• Native-level German proficiency and strong English skills.

• Engage daily with your client portfolio via phone, embracing a proactive approach to communication.
