💡 Technical Support Assistant with Icelandic (FTE/PTE)

🖥 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide fast and friendly support via chat and email

• Assist users with basic product or technical issues and troubleshooting

• Log customer interactions with accuracy and attention to detail

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex requests

• Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience every time

🧩 What You Bring:

• Fluency in Icelandic and good working knowledge of English

• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus

• Great attention to detail and a problem-solving approach

• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms quickly

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
