💬 What You’ll Do
Support customers in French via phone, chat, or email.
Answer questions about products or services clearly and professionally.
Help with orders, payments, deliveries, or troubleshooting everyday issues.
Keep records of customer interactions in the system.
Represent the brand with a friendly, helpful attitude.
👤 What We’re Looking For
Fluent French (C2) and good English skills.
A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable using a computer and navigating online tools.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
EU passport or valid residence permit for Portugal.
