Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representative (Relocation to Budapest)
Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 40 hours/week)
Shifts: 8 hours + 30-minute break, Monday–Sunday (2 consecutive days off)

Your Role
As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

Support customers, riders, and vendors via chat and phone in Norwegian and English

Handle inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail

Troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate complex issues when needed

Collaborate with the team to meet service KPIs such as accuracy, quality, and response time

Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard processes

Contribute to a positive, fast-paced, and supportive team environment
Your Profile

Fluent in Norwegian (native or C1+) and English (B2+ level)

1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a contact center

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or ticketing tools

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (rotational schedule)

Valid EU work permit
-
Willing to work from the Budapest office three days per week
Relocation Support
To help you move to Budapest, the client provides:

2,000 euros for single employees

Arrival in Hungary at least two weeks before the start date is required to complete these legal requirements.

Working Schedule
