Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representative (Relocation to Budapest)

Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

Your Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Support customers, riders, and vendors via chat and phone in Norwegian and English

• Handle inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate complex issues when needed

• Collaborate with the team to meet service KPIs such as accuracy, quality, and response time

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard processes

• Contribute to a positive, fast-paced, and supportive team environment

Your Profile

• Fluent in Norwegian (native or C1+) and English (B2+ level)

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a contact center

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or ticketing tools

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (rotational schedule)

• Valid EU work permit

• Willing to work from the Budapest office three days per week

Relocation Support

To help you move to Budapest, the client provides:

• Relocation allowance:

  • 2,000 euros for single employees

  • 3,000 euros for employees with partner/spouse

  • 4,500 euros for employees with family/children

• One-way flight (economy class) and checked luggage reimbursement

• Housing assistance and settling-in guidance

• Onboarding support to obtain tax number and social security number

Arrival in Hungary at least two weeks before the start date is required to complete these legal requirements.

Working Schedule

• Shift 1: 10:00 – 18:30

• Shift 2: 13:30 – 22:00

• Rotational schedule Monday–Sunday with two consecutive days off

• Weekend shifts may offer additional compensation
