Our client is looking for Danish-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analysts to join their growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria!
In this role, you’ll help make the internet a safer place by reviewing digital content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and analyzing behavioral patterns to detect potential risks.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with internal policies

Take appropriate action on content that violates community standards

Stay updated on policy changes and ensure consistent application

Identify and analyze behavioral patterns to mitigate potential risks

Handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy

Provide contextual reasoning and justify decisions when necessary
Your Profile
-
Fluent in Danish, with proficient English skills (B2 or higher)

High attention to detail and strong analytical judgment

Ability to recognize patterns and trends in user behavior
-
Excellent time management and organization
-
Awareness of pop culture, current events, and local market dynamics
-
Experience in fraud, spam, or content investigation is a plus
-
Valid EU work permit and a clean criminal record
