Our client is looking for Danish-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analysts to join their growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria!

In this role, you’ll help make the internet a safer place by reviewing digital content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and analyzing behavioral patterns to detect potential risks.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with internal policies

• Take appropriate action on content that violates community standards

• Stay updated on policy changes and ensure consistent application

• Identify and analyze behavioral patterns to mitigate potential risks

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy

• Provide contextual reasoning and justify decisions when necessary

Your Profile

• Fluent in Danish, with proficient English skills (B2 or higher)

• High attention to detail and strong analytical judgment

• Ability to recognize patterns and trends in user behavior

• Excellent time management and organization

• Awareness of pop culture, current events, and local market dynamics

• Experience in fraud, spam, or content investigation is a plus

• Valid EU work permit and a clean criminal record
