Location: Remote from anywhere in the Baltics (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) or on-site in Riga or Tallinn

Type: Full-time | 8-hour shifts (Monday–Sunday, 9:00–20:00)

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice of the company — helping customers plan and manage their trips. You’ll assist with bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for flights, train travel, and hotel stays, ensuring every traveler enjoys a smooth and stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email

• Support customers with new bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for travel services

• Provide personalized solutions that meet individual needs

• Handle customer data efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (C1–C2 level, native preferred)

• Good English skills (B2 level)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• EU passport and willingness to relocate, or a valid residence permit in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania

• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy with an ability to learn new systems (training on Amadeus provided)

• Clean criminal record
