Your responsibilities

Manage bookings: create, modify, or cancel reservations via phone, email, and chat.

Assist clients during the after-sales process by answering questions and handling requests.

Support back-office operations such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations.
Your profile

Native level of German and good command of English.

Strong interest in travel and the tourism industry.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Customer-service mindset: attentive, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Energetic, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Excited about intercultural exchange and the expat lifestyle.

Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon.

Valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory).
What’s in it for you?

Contract: 12-month contract from the first day of training (fully paid).

Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week – rotating shifts Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 10 PM.

€1,235/month × 14 salaries/year
