Your responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer queries promptly and efficiently.

• Identify issues and provide effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Record and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.

• Provide ad-hoc support as needed.

• Collaborate with your team to achieve project success.

Your profile

• Native level of German and good level of English.

• Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.

• Attentive listener, comfortable interacting with people.

• Energetic, proactive, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Interested in sports, fitness, or retail.

• Excited about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.

• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon.

• Valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory).

  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €950–€1,100

  • Without accommodation: €1,300–€1,400

• Training compensation: 50% of salary during training (1–4 weeks).
