Your responsibilities

Contact new and existing clients via phone, email, and chat.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Improve client experience by supporting product adoption.

Provide both pre-sales and after-sales support.

Manage a portfolio of clients with responsibility for revenue growth.

Share product knowledge and act as a trusted consultant for your clients.
Your profile
-
Native level of French and fluent English (B2-C1).
-
Valid EU citizenship or residency card.
-
At least 3 years of experience in online sales and/or digital marketing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with MS Office, voicemail, and email systems.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in follow-up.

A drive for excellence and professionalism.
What’s in it for you?

Contract: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year.

Probation: 30 days before signing the contract.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM.

Salary conditions (gross/month):

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1,040

Without accommodation: €1,240

Training compensation (15 days): 50% of your hourly wage (lower taxes).
