Your responsibilities

• Support customers during the booking process by phone, email, or chat.

• Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.

• Provide guidance and solutions during customers’ vacations.

• Maintain and expand client relationships.

• Generate and manage qualified leads.

• Ensure high-quality customer and client support across multiple areas.

Your profile

• Native-level French, with a good level of English (B2+ preferred).

• Passion for travel and the tourism industry.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Motivation, commitment, and a proactive attitude.

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career experience.

What’s in it for you?

• Contract: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year.

• Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts, depending on the project.

• Salary conditions (2 options):

  • With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month

  • Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month

• Relocation package for international candidates:

  • Reimbursement of your initial flight after 9 months

  • Airport pick-up upon arrival

  • Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU)
