Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email, or chat

• Identifying issues and providing effective solutions

• Providing ad-hoc assistance when required

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native level of German and at least a B2 level of English

• Strong listening skills and excellent communication abilities

• Understanding of the value of customer satisfaction and quality service

• High school degree or equivalent

• Professional attitude with a drive for excellence

• Ability to work as part of a team and remain committed to tasks

• Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle

• Already living in Portugal or willing to relocate for an international career experience

• Valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory

What’s in it for you?

• Type of contract: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable yearly

• Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) on a rotating schedule, Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 22:00 (8h/day + 1h break)

• Salary package:

  • With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950 – €1050 gross/month

  • Without accommodation: €1300 – €1500 gross/month

• Paid training period (1 to 4 weeks)

• Relocation package for international candidates:

  • Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months

  • Airport pick-up upon arrival

  • Yearly two-way flight to your home country (within the EU)

  • Support with paperwork, opening a bank account, and settling in
