Your responsibilities

• Assist customers with their requests via email, phone and live chat

• Collect and update customer data

• Provide accurate information on products such as subscriptions, payments and technical requirements

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with clear and friendly communication

Your profile

• EU citizenship or valid residency card required

• Native level of French and good command of English

• Understanding of the value of customer experience

• Commitment to excellence and professionalism

Working conditions

• Fixed-term contract, renewable annually

• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with rotating shifts

Compensation and benefits

• With accommodation: 1040 € gross per month, shared flat with bills included

• Without accommodation: 1240 € gross per month
