Polish-Speaking Customer Care
Thessaloniki, Greece
Salary: €1,100 gross/month × 14 salaries/year
Schedule: 5 days/week (40h), Monday–Sunday, shifts between 7:00–22:00 — emails only
Relocation: Package provided (must arrive 10+ days before start if no AFM/AMKA)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service across email, phone, and chat
- Research and respond to inquiries accurately & on time
- Use internal documentation to resolve issues
- Escalate unresolved/priority cases
- Document interactions per SOPs
- Identify & communicate recurring issues
- Meet quality, KPIs, and policy standards
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments
- Attend training and comply with company policies
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Fluent in Polish (written & spoken)
- High-level English (written & spoken)
- Proficient with Windows, MacOS, MS Office, Google Workspace
