Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Advisor

• Delivering high-quality support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat

• Assisting clients with questions, complaints, and technical or service-related inquiries

• Identifying customer needs and ensuring a positive and efficient resolution

• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role

• Native level of French and at least B2 level of English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset

• Team player, motivated and committed to delivering quality service

• Excited about international work environments and cultural exchange

• Valid Portuguese work permit

• Willing to relocate or already based in Lisbon

What’s in it for you

• Type of contract: long-term fixed-term, renewable yearly

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, availability between 7 AM – 10 PM (8h/day on rotational schedule + 1h lunch break)

• Salary options:

  • With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month

  • Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month

Training compensation

• From 1 to 4 weeks at 50% of your hourly wage (lower taxes)

Relocation support for international candidates

• Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
