Your responsibilities and impact as a Social Media Business Agent

• Build relationships with new and existing customers via phone and email

• Identify new sales opportunities and acquire new advertisers in the SMB sector

• Provide consultative support to align client business goals with marketing solutions

• Deliver personalized recommendations to improve campaign performance

• Collect feedback to help improve advertising products and user experience

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role

• Native French speaker with a good level of English (at least B2)

• Sales or marketing background

• Understanding or interest in online marketing products

• Strategic thinker with a drive for excellence and professionalism

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Team player open to working with multiple nationalities

• Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship required

Salary conditions

• Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month

• Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
