Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Advisor for Banking Sector will be

• Assist bank customers via phone, chat, and email

• Respond to queries related to products and services

• Handle and resolve complaints

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional support

• Native level of French

• Business proficiency in English
