Your responsibilities:

Help customers with their orders, product questions, returns, and delivery status

Offer guidance across phone, email, and chat — always friendly and helpful

Share product knowledge to inspire and support fashion-loving customers

Redirect complex issues to internal departments as needed

Maintain a high level of service while creating a positive brand experience
Who you are:

Native-level French speaker with good English skills

Enthusiastic about fashion, trends, and customer service

Strong communicator, patient and professional

Already based in Lisbon or ready to relocate

Portuguese work permit is mandatory
