Your responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, or social media

• Answer questions about orders, payments, returns, or deliveries

• Provide product information and troubleshooting

• Forward cases to the right department when needed

• Make sure customers feel valued and supported at every step

• French native + solid English (B2 min)

• Passion for fashion and lifestyle brands
