Your responsibilities and impact
You will be the go-to person for German-speaking customers, answering questions via phone and email, providing product advice, solving booking issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey.

Native-level German and solid English (C1)
Excellent communication skills and a positive mindset
Strong motivation to deliver quality service
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
