Your responsibilities and impact as Technical Support for Digital Marketing will be:
• Solve technical issues related to the digital advertising platform in a B2B environment
• Provide solutions and adapt existing processes to meet client needs
• Use basic coding skills and diagnostics for technical analysis
• Support clients through chat, aligned with their goals and platform use
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
• Native-level French speaker with a B2+ level of English
• Background or strong interest in technical support or digital tools
• General understanding of online marketing platforms is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and motivation to learn
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Team player who enjoys working in an international environment

• With accommodation: €1,040 gross/month + up to €400 quarterly bonus
