Your responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Advise customers on products, orders, payments, and accounts
• Provide timely and accurate information to improve satisfaction
• Follow up on issues and ensure smooth resolutions
Your profile
• Native-level French speaker + English is a plus
• Motivated and interested in the fashion industry
• Good listener with excellent communication skills
• Team player willing to work in a multicultural environment
• Looking for a full-time opportunity abroad

– With accommodation: €1040 gross/month
– Without accommodation: €1298 gross/month
