Your responsibilities
• Provide customer service via phone and email
• Offer professional product advice and usage support
• Guide customers through warranty claim processes
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Handle requests with efficiency and empathy
Your profile
• Native French speaker with basic English (B1 level)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Interest or passion for the automotive industry

• Full-time (40h/week), Monday to Friday, rotating shifts 7:00–18:00
• With accommodation: 1040€ gross/month (shared flat, bills included)
