Your responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, your tasks will include:

• Supporting users via phone, email, or social media

• Troubleshooting issues related to app usage and payment

• Offering clear, friendly and efficient solutions

• Escalating complex cases to the relevant department

• Ensuring a positive user experience at every step

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Speak native-level French and have at least B2 English

• Be comfortable with customer contact (no previous experience required)

• Enjoy helping people and solving problems

• Be proactive, empathetic and a good communicator

• Be willing to relocate to Lisbon, or already living there
