Your responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, your tasks will include:

Supporting users via phone, email, or social media

Troubleshooting issues related to app usage and payment

Offering clear, friendly and efficient solutions

Escalating complex cases to the relevant department

Ensuring a positive user experience at every step
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you should:

Speak native-level French and have at least B2 English

Be comfortable with customer contact (no previous experience required)

Enjoy helping people and solving problems

Be proactive, empathetic and a good communicator

Be willing to relocate to Lisbon, or already living there
