Contract: Full-time (39 hours/week)
Salary: €1,791.66 gross/month (€21,500/year)

Signing Bonus: €1,500 gross

Your Role

Join a dynamic customer service team representing a major international hotel chain. Your primary mission:

• Handle incoming calls from Dutch-speaking customers.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance.
• Close reservations and support booking-related inquiries.
• Drive customer satisfaction while applying a commercial mindset.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Dutch (native level)
• Strong communication skills
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience
• A commercial mindset — you’re not just helping, you’re also selling
• Availability to work shifts between 08:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday (including alternating weekends)
