What you’ll do:

• Handle inbound calls from customers with questions related to sales, aftersales support, product features, deliveries, and other inquiries linked to our client's sales platform.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a mix of sales and basic technical support.
• Use a range of internet-based applications and a virtual desktop interface (VDI) to assist customers efficiently.
• Get hands-on experience with all the products in our on-site Lab to better understand and support the range.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the client’s internal support teams as needed
