What will you do?

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email, phone, chat) enthusiastically and professionally

• Attract potential customers by answering questions and adding information about all services to meet customer needs

• Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform

• Process and respond to contact requests promptly

• Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand

Candidate profile

• High level of French (C1 written and oral)

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Ability to identify customer needs and propose fast solutions

• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
