About the job – Your Responsibilities:

• Customer service & technical support for world-renowned brands
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Work towards goals and KPIs in a structured work environment

Who Are We Looking For?

• Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken)
• Good English skills (training is conducted in English)
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
• Flexible and comfortable with working different hours
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – full training is provided!
