Job Description:

Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of our client for detail-oriented and tech-savvy professionals to join their Content Moderation team for the Spanish market.

Key Responsabilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content based on platform guidelines 🚨
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content
• Ensure compliance with community standards and policies
• Provide accurate and timely responses to content-related inquiries
• Maintain high levels of quality and productivity in content review
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (C1 level or higher)
• Good English skills for internal communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive content
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus
• Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00
• Ability to work on-site in Greece
• Please note: At this time, we are unable to provide visa support. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Greece.
