Centre d'appel / Service clientResponsibilities:
- Assist customers in the sports industry by providing knowledgeable and professional support.
- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions in line with company policies.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance internal processes.
Requierments:
- Fluent in Flemish (written and spoken) and English (B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sports and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Availability to work rotational shifts.
