💬 Assist Czech-speaking customers via phone, email & chat.
🔍 Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

🔹 What we’re looking for:

Native/near-native Czech speaker
Fluent in English
Comfortable with technology & problem-solving
Willing to work in rotating shifts, including weekends
Previous customer or technical support experience is a plus, but not required
