Your responsibilities and impact as a Coffee Brand Support Specialist will be:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice or digital platforms, addressing their needs and inquiries.

Provide a personalized and professional approach to communication, ensuring customer satisfaction

Resolve customer issues efficiently through First Contact Resolution, minimizing the need for follow-ups.
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

French (native level) and English (B2 level minimum)

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and approach based on customer needs.

Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
