Your Role:
- Provide remote technical/administrative support to clients (e.g., automobile, energy, IT, and cosmetics companies).
- Troubleshoot systems, applications, and networks.
- Coordinate with clients and technicians via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with Windows, VPN, Office 365, Citrix, and ticketing tools.
- Team player, reliable, and punctual.
