Experience Required:

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Language Proficiency: Advanced Norwegian (C1 level) and strong English (B2 or better) for both verbal and written communication.
  • Relevant Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably within customer service environments in fintech or banking.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with experience working collaboratively in teams.
  • Customer Service Knowledge: Background in managing customer service programs (retail experience is a plus).
  • Presentation Skills: Proven ability to deliver effective presentations and trainings.
  • Organizational and Planning Skills: Ability to organize and manage training schedules effectively.
  • Group Dynamics Awareness: Understanding diversity within teams and how to manage group dynamics.
  • Tech-Savviness: Competence in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
