Working Model: first 3 months in the office, after that hybrid (based on the performance)
Hybrid 30% office-based p/ week (2 days/weekly from the office) - No shifts on Bulgarian bank holidays
(Monday- Friday 10am-7pm)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: 3600 BGN gross p/month
Training: 2 weeks
Language: German fluent+ English B2
Contract: Permanent
Our client, a leading global provider of customer experience solutions and technology is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist with fluent German language. Their newest client is a genuine company producing innovative micro drinks, microteas, microlyte and micro energy drops
Responsibilities:
- Answering queries by clarifying the customers’ requests via phone, e-mail and social media using your German language skills
- Typical cases would include delivery issues, questions about product and content, reimbursement and refund, payment methods
- Resolve known Customer issues through the use of a knowledgebase, direct use of product and operating systems, product user guides, and other reference materials that may be available.
Requirements:
- Fluent German+ B2 in English
- Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Accuracy, research skills and attention to detail
- Good active listening
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems;
- Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
- Team player with a great attitude
