What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Provide first level technical support of the following products: home-range printers, Large format printer, scanners and video-projectors among others, for consumers and business customers
- Provide presales support and provide accurate information about the products
- Help with Reseller Support and under warranty services arrangements
- Provide Multi-channel technical support (phone, e-mail, chat or social media)

- Have a native or bilingual level of Italian and Spanish and advanced English
- Have profound knowledge of Windows Operating System
- Posses good knowledge of applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and/or other relevant applicants
- Have profound knowledge of hardware components and very good understanding of technical issues
- Have experience in hardware support, preferentially by phone and e-mail, preferentially strong technical background or technical formation
- Have experience in troubleshooting guidelines
- Are a team player and willing to learn and apply new technologies
- Have strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired
- Can operate in high pressure situations
- Have excellent communication skill / strong communicator.
