As a French-speaking B2B Sales Advisor for Microsoft, you will support small and medium-sized business clients across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, education, and trade. You will answer product questions, provide tailored solutions, and help clients optimize their use of Microsoft technology, particularly Surface and HoloLens.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to product and service inquiries via phone (80% inbound, 20% outbound) and email.

  • Support business clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Provide information on product lines, pricing, and discounts.

  • Finalize orders and sales transactions over the phone.

  • Perform administrative tasks to maintain accurate customer records.

  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients for updates and optimization opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Native-level French and good English skills.

  • Previous sales experience or strong sales orientation.

  • Good negotiation skills or willingness to learn.

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative tasks.

  • Technical interest in Microsoft products.

  • Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering results.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Team player with an international mindset.

  • Salary options:

    • With free shared accommodation (all bills included): €1,040 gross/month.

    • Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month.
