What you will do in this role

As a Sales Chat Supervisor on our team, you will: 

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Inside Sales Chat Representatives to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets 
- Monitor daily team performance, provide real-time support, and escalate issues when needed to ensure seamless customer interactions 
- Analyse KPIs (conversion rates, chat volumes, AOV, CSAT, etc.) and implement strategies to optimize team results 
- Collaborate with stakeholders, account managers, and support teams to align on campaign execution, product focus, and service delivery 
- Manage scheduling, adherence, and productivity to meet staffing and performance expectations.

Concentrix is a great match if you have: 

- A proficient or bilingual level of English another language is a plus!
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

- 2–4 years of inside sales experience or at least 1 year in a leadership, supervisory, or coaching role (preferred). 

- Experience working in a digital/chat-based sales environment—ideally for a tech brand 
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools. 

- Familiarity with chat platforms (e.g., LivePerson, Intercom, Zendesk Chat). 

- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance dashboards and generate actionable insights 
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire sales teams to exceed targets. 

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to give feedback constructively.

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
