For exciting projects, we are looking for motivated and experienced freelance recruiters to find jobs for people planning a year abroad, looking to emigrate or looking for customer service jobs in countries such as Greece, Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic and beyond.

Your tasks:

• Independent implementation of the recruiting process from the candidate search to the introduction to the client.
• Actively approaching talents who are looking for jobs for a year abroad or long-term expatriation.
• Placement of positions in customer service, sales and other related service areas.
• Creation and placement of targeted job advertisements.
• Conducting interviews and assessing the suitability of applicants.
• Working closely with our clients to understand the requirements of the positions.

What you should bring with you:

• Experience in recruiting, ideally as a freelancer or in a recruitment agency.
• Knowledge of the European labor market, especially in Greece, Portugal and Spain.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident use of recruiting tools and platforms.
• Independent working style and high level of initiative.
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language as well as English; other languages are a plus.
