đŒ Your Responsibilities:
- âïž Manage and resolve disputes efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- đ Utilize technology tools like SAP for accurate CTC data and documentation.
- đ Provide supporting documents to customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- â Ensure compliance with company policies and deliver high-quality service.
- đ€ Support team members and collaborate with the disputes team lead to improve processes.
- đ Update and document dispute resolution processes, continuously seeking improvements.
- đ Gather data for audits and build strong relationships with stakeholders and internal finance teams.
- đ Maintain positive collaboration with business units for seamless operations within the shared services center.
âïž What You Need to Succeed:
- đ©đȘ Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills.
- đą Experience in a multinational organization or shared services environment is a plus.
- đŻ Customer-focused mindset with a high standard of service delivery.
- đ Analytical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail.
- âł Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
- đ Bachelorâs degree required.
