Our client is a global leader in casino game development and live studio operations, known for award-winning products and immersive player experiences. To support their fast-paced and growing live casino studio in Bucharest, we are looking for a strategic and dynamic iGaming Studio Manager.

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio while supporting and guiding Team Managers

• Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and team productivity

• Mentor and inspire Team Managers to achieve KPIs and maintain high morale

• Plan, lead, and execute projects aligned with business goals and timelines

• Maintain high-quality service standards across all teams and shifts

• Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and turn insights into action

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure aligned and seamless operations

🛠️ What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience)

• 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership/management role

• Exceptional English communication skills—both written and spoken

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development

• Decisive under pressure, with a calm and professional approach to challenges

• Previous experience in the iGaming, live studio, or entertainment industry is a plus
