For one of our clients – a firm providing customer experience technology with outsourced sales, support, and business process services for large corporations, we are looking for a passionate Online Retail Consultant with German & English to join their team!

💡 Your Role:

✔️ Handle customer, seller & creator inquiries – Provide high-quality assistance with professionalism.
✔️ Investigate and resolve issues – Ensure a safe and trustworthy marketplace.
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams – Address and resolve concerns, ensuring proper escalation follow-ups.
✔️ Identify trends & improve processes – Help reduce escalations and enhance the customer experience.
✔️ Build relationships with sellers – Foster long-term trust and loyalty in the platform.
✔️ Adhere to company policies – Support ad-hoc projects and maintain compliance with guidelines.

📝 What You Need:

💡 Fluent German & English (C1 level) – Strong written and spoken communication skills.
🌟 Customer service experience – Ideally within an e-commerce or digital platform.
🔧 Problem-solving mindset – Ability to manage complex issues efficiently.
🔄 Team player – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
🌍 Detail-oriented & process-driven – Enhance service quality and improve workflows.
