The Account Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a company's sales activities related to specific customer accounts.

Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed the targets set for assigned accounts. • Monitor sales performance, forecast future sales, and prepare reports for senior management. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. • Working hours: 40 hours per week. • Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Starting next month, Fridays will be remote work. • Contract Type: Permanent, with a 2-month probation period. • Start Date: 17/03/2025. • Salary: €24,484 gross/year + health insurance + €6,000 gross/year bonus. • Training: Provided from the first day of the contract in English.

Requisitos:

Bilingual in German and English (B2). Sales experience or potential for it. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and goal-driven.
