Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues to
deliver timely solutions;
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions and resolutions;
* Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further assistance;
* Stay updated on game features, updates, and community guidelines to provide accurate
and helpful information;
* Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights, feedback, and best practices.

Requirements:
* Fluent in Turkish and good English proficiency;
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle different situations with ease;
* Proactive and problem-solving approach;
* Team player attitude and a bright and friendly demeanour;
* Open to learning and development.
