For one of our clients – a technology provider specializing in customer experience, sales, and operational solutions, we are looking for a passionate Basic Technical Support Specialist with German & English to join their team!

💡 Your Role:

✔️ Provide expert assistance – Help customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage via phone and email.
✔️ Deliver top-notch support – Answer customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
✔️ Process orders & returns – Manage exchanges and keep customers updated on their requests.
✔️ Personalized solutions – Recommend products based on customers' needs.
✔️ Stay ahead – Keep up with the latest tech trends, software updates, and industry advancements.
✔️ Customer feedback – Gather insights to improve services and customer satisfaction.

📝 What You Need:

💡 Fluent German & English (C1 level) – Strong communication skills to assist customers.
🛠️ Technical problem-solving skills – Diagnose and resolve product-related issues.
🌟 Customer-focused mindset – Process orders, handle exchanges, and provide excellent service.
