Your responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to the Omnipod Insulin Management System

Process orders and coordinate product shipments to customers

Provide empathetic, timely, and effective customer support

Guide users in proper product usage and encourage adherence

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Document all interactions accurately in the system

Native German speaker with good English (B2+)

Interest in healthcare, medicine, or helping people

Willing to relocate to Portugal (valid work permit required)
