Your responsibilities

  • Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, or social media.

  • Guide customers in various fields, depending on the assigned project.

  • Offer clear solutions and troubleshooting for questions about products or online shopping experiences.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure fast and accurate issue resolution.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and represent the company’s quality standards.

Your profile

  • Native German speaker (C2 level) and at least B1 level in English.

  • Good listener with excellent communication skills.

  • Motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

  • Interested in fashion, trends, or lifestyle topics.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and service mindset.

  • Willing to relocate to Lisbon or already based there.

  • Open to learning and developing new professional skills.

Salary and benefits

  • Contract: Fixed-term, renewable annually.

  • Hours: Full-time or part-time options, rotational shifts (depending on project).

  • Gross monthly salary:

    • With free shared accommodation: €950–€1,030.

    • Without accommodation: €1,300–€1,400.

  • Training: Paid at 50% of the standard hourly wage during the 10-day onboarding period.

  • Relocation package:

    • Flight cost reimbursement after 9 months.

    • Airport pick-up and administrative assistance (paperwork, bank account, etc.).

    • Annual round-trip flight within the EU.

  • Additional perks:

    • Private health insurance after 6 months.

    • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, and sports activities.

    • Company events and 22 days of paid annual leave.

    • Portuguese public holidays off.
