Your main responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.

• Identify, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

• Troubleshoot digital service or account issues related to streaming and subscriptions.

• Assist users with product setup and configuration.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure service excellence.

• Collaborate with your team to achieve departmental objectives.

Your profile

• Native German speaker (C2 level) with good English skills (B2 minimum).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary and benefits

• Full-time position (40 hours per week) with rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday).

• Gross monthly salary:

  • With accommodation: €950–€1,030.

  • Without accommodation: €1,300–€1,400.

• Paid training period (5–20 days) at 90% of the base salary.

• Relocation package for international candidates:

  • Reimbursement of flight expenses after contract signing.

  • Airport pick-up and support with paperwork and bank account setup.

  • Yearly round-trip flight to your home country (within the EU).
